Condition: Storage Find,  Mint in the illustrated box w/ papers, tool, gloves.

 There was very mild paint rash on the front 1/3 of  roof,

 (rash is common on this model). I personally compounded and polished 98% of the rash out of the roof, see photos.

I also hand polished the entire model with Mothers Carnauba Gold, it shines like a diamond.

HOWEVER THERE IS VERY LIGHT/MILD RASH ON THE TRUNK, QUARTER PANELS & LEFT FRONT FENDER, BARELY NOTICEABLE!

You can easily polish this mild rash out if it bothers you that much, in my opinion leave it as is, you can't see it without a magnifying glass!

Average eBay selling price is about $120 WITH MAJOR RASH AND NO BOX.

 In 32 years of selling Franklin Mint diecast I've never seen a totally rash free C402 Black 1955 Caddy.

This is the best example of this model I've seen in years.
