Come-on admit it; you played with trucks as a kid. I did. And I loved them all. And that is why I never have enough old trucks in my collection. And the Danbury Mint 1938 Car Carrier is no exception.

The 1938 GMC is a big and beautiful truck loaded with what we computer guys call Easter Eggs. Easter Eggs are little goodies hidden in a program but in this case in a truck.

The spare tire is removable, there are tie down straps in the tool compartment located on either side of the truck. Remove the seats, in the cab, along with the floor mats and there hides the engine. Cool!

The beauty of this model is the fact you can really place a model on its bed and display it that way without any problems. I have mine displayed with a car being pulled up the ramps by the wench on the back. The 1938 GMC Car Carrier is a really fun replica to add to any display, you won't regret it.
